You can design your own work style without being constrained by time or location. We support work styles that promote creativity, challenge, and growth.
All employees are eligible for a flexible working hours system with no core hours and a remote work system that does not restrict work locations to the office. This is applied to all members in the work rules. In order to maximize the “creativity,” “challenges,” and “growth” of each member and team, you can design your own working hours and location.
This leave can be taken until your child reaches the age of two. We support child-rearing by offering reduced working hours to make it easier to balance childcare and work, nursing leave that can be taken on an hourly basis, and childcare leave that can be taken for reasons such as participating in kindergarten events.
This is paid leave that can be taken when voluntarily participating in external training. It is granted separately from annual paid leave.
Health is the foundation of everything. At IoT-EX, we provide comprehensive health checkups and mental health support to protect the physical and mental health of our members. A healthy and secure working environment supports the growth of individuals and teams.
In addition to annual checkups and comprehensive health screenings, the company also covers the costs of follow-up examinations and detailed examinations. The company also covers the costs of health checkups for spouses (limited to those who are dependents under the member’s health insurance).
Although there is no legal obligation to appoint an occupational physician due to the small number of employees, we have appointed one in order to create an environment where employees can easily consult about their health, including mental health, and to provide appropriate feedback on the results of regular health checkups.

We encourage our employees to walk regularly to maintain and improve their health. We measure the number of steps taken and reward employees who achieve their weekly step goals. In addition, based on the total number of steps taken by all participants, we make monthly donations to organizations that provide school meals to children in Asia and Africa, linking our internal health maintenance and promotion activities to social contribution.

We subsidize the costs of attending schools and taking TOEIC and Japanese Language Proficiency Test exams for members who are not native English speakers learning English and members who are not native Japanese speakers learning Japanese (certain conditions apply).
We subsidize MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) fees to support our members’ desire for growth (certain requirements apply).
In order to support members in pursuing innovative activities with free thinking, they are given a budget of 100,000 yen per half-year that can be used freely for any activity that leads to innovation.
We value providing support tailored to the individual life stages of our members. We have established support systems that allow members to cherish time with their families, such as congratulatory payments and leave for life events such as marriage and childbirth.

At IoT-EX, we actively listen to our members’ voices and place great importance on creating a comfortable working environment. We provide mechanisms that enable everyone to work together toward growth and success, such as regular engagement surveys and a referral bonus system for hiring candidates.
We conduct an engagement survey every six months to find out what our members expect from the company and what they are satisfied or dissatisfied with. The results of the survey are used to establish and revise company systems and policies.
We offer referral bonuses to members who refer candidates who are subsequently hired by our company.
