Please explain the selection process from application to final offer.

Normally, after you apply, the process proceeds in the following order: document screening, first interview, second interview, final interview, and job offer.
The estimated time from application to job offer is approximately two weeks to one month. However, depending on the circumstances at the time, it may take less or more time than this.

Is it possible to conduct interviews after working hours or on weekends?

We do not normally conduct interviews on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we are willing to discuss your situation.
Interviews are conducted on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (last start time). The interview will take approximately 30 minutes to an hour and a half.

Is it possible to conduct interviews online?

Interviews are generally conducted in person, but we are willing to discuss other options depending on your circumstances, such as if you are applying from a remote location or if there is widespread infection in your area.

Are there any restrictions on applications, such as educational background or gender?

There are no restrictions on gender for any of the positions being recruited. Educational background requirements are specified in the job description for each position. However, these are only guidelines, and will not be used as the sole reason for rejection.

Can foreign nationals apply?

There are no restrictions on race or nationality for any of the positions being recruited.

Are positions not listed on the job openings page not currently being recruited for?

Please note that we are not currently hiring. However, sudden hiring needs may arise, so please inquire via the inquiry form. A representative from our hiring department will respond to you.

Can students apply?

Students are also welcome to apply. However, applicants must meet the working conditions listed in the application guidelines.

How do you handle and manage personal information such as application documents and resumes?

Personal information such as resumes and data submitted during the application process will be managed and stored appropriately in accordance with our compliance program, and will be promptly discarded or deleted after the selection process. Please note that we cannot return or respond to inquiries regarding such information.

IoT-EX will use the personal information you register for the following purposes.
(1) Determining whether to hire you and contacting you regarding the decision
(2) Creating and analyzing applicant statistical data to enhance recruitment activities
(3) Contacting applicants to request consent regarding the handling of personal information
• IoT-EX will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Applicants may request disclosure, deletion, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information, and IoT-EX will promptly respond to such requests only when it can confirm that they are made by the individual concerned.
