We are looking for people who want to create the future with us using cutting-edge technology.
At our company, which pursues innovation in the fields of IoT and security, we are looking for passionate colleagues who will help us build the Internet society of the future. We welcome members who enjoy growth and challenges in an environment where they can utilize their technical skills to create new value.
Our management policy is to provide a secure and safe Internet environment through the use of technology and contribute to the growth of society as a whole.
We aim to operate our business with a view to a sustainable future.
At IoT-EX, we provide an environment where employees can work with peace of mind and grow. In addition to flexible working styles, we support challenges and growth with comprehensive systems that provide support for health, life events, and learning. Through these systems, we enable our members to realize their full potential in their work.
IoT-EX has been recognized as a rewarding company and a company with excellent health management, and has received high praise from outside the company.
Great Place to Work® Institute Japan has been recognized as a “Great Place to Work” for six consecutive years since 2021, based on research, evaluation, and certification conducted according to global standards.
For the third consecutive year since 2023, we are proud to be certified as a ‘Corporate Health Management Excellence Organization.’ This prestigious recognition is part of a national system established by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan Health Conference, honoring companies with truly outstanding employee health and wellness programs.
Since 2017, our company has been conducting annual training trips in which, in principle, all employees participate. These training trips are not intended for leisure, but rather as symbolic events to put into practice our values as stated in “The IoT-EX Way”: “Create together, Challenge together, Continue to grow together.”
During training trips, we participate in or plan and execute events that everyone can join. In fiscal year 2025, we participated in the EVA Air Marathon held in Taipei, Taiwan. Each participant considered their own condition, such as physical strength to decide which category to enter—full marathon, half marathon, or 10km run—and trained diligently in preparation for the event. As a result, nearly all participants successfully completed the race.
Two days before the marathon, we held a team-building activity created by the training trip project team. Teams competed to see how many designated Taipei landmarks they could visit and prompts they could complete. This activity demanded not only pre-planned strategies but also the ability to adapt on the fly by observing other teams’ progress during the game. The depth of communication within each team and their execution skills ultimately determined the outcome. While each team approached the challenge differently, they all enjoyed the half-day activity while communicating effectively.
The training trip is advanced as a project composed of employees from planning to execution, but this time we decided the plan through an internal competition for the first time. We divided the company into seven teams, each competing with their ideas. Ultimately, the proposal to participate in a marathon in Taiwan and conduct handmade team-building activities was adopted and realized. The training trip project team was led by the team that proposed the plan, allowing them to proceed with a stronger sense of ownership over the project.
The reason we position driving everything from planning to operation by in-house project team as a key initiative is to put into practice the principle stated in “The IoT-EX Way”: “Create together, Challenge together, Continue to grow together.” We conduct this training trip annually as an event where we “create” something new, “challenge” goals set by teams formed for individuals or the event itself, and where both project members and participants continue to “grow” together, each from their own perspective.
Working Anywhere
gives us the freedom to work anywhere, but we also value the existence of our office.
It is a place where all members can meet face-to-face with peace of mind, a place where we can engage in free and lively discussions using wall-to-wall whiteboards,
and a place where we can work freely in counter chairs or sofas depending on our mood at the time.
It is not a highly designed office, but we are conscious of creating a space where members can gather with peace of mind and work comfortably.
Our office is located just a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station, making it convenient for commuting from within Tokyo or nearby areas.
We are looking for colleagues to work with us.
